MS - Project Server 2007 Check in Problem
If you are having problems with checking out a project in MS Project Server and keep getting the error that project is checked out or wasn’t checked in.
Try this
Go to Local Project Cache > Clean Up Cache
and clean up the cache. (See Screen shots below)
